Winemaking
The grapes of Abel Mendoza Tempranillo Grano a Grano are destemmed by hand in the winery. Vinification is carried out in stainless steel tanks, followed by malolactic fermentation in barrels. Before bottling, it is matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
Taste
Abel Mendoza Tempranillo Grano a Grano is a red wine that balances the freshness of the fruit with the strength of the wood. It is light, balanced and incredibly charming.
It has a fresh taste with fruity aromas, balanced acidity and a long, fleshy finish.
A very subtle wine
The nose of the Abel Mendoza Tempranillo Grano a Grano has more subtlety and floral aromas than the Selección Especial, which is also Tempranillo.
