Baigorri Crianza is a red wine produced in the D.O. La Rioja by Bodegas Baigorri. This winery is located in Samaniego, La Rioja Alavesa. It is a blend of Tempranillo with a trace of Garnacha.

Winemaking

After a manual and selective harvest, the destemmed grapes are picked by hand, berry by berry, using vibration and weight sorting tables. Long maceration and intracellular fermentation with indigenous yeasts in truncated cone-shaped stainless steel tanks and oak vats. Natural pumping over and gravity extraction at the end. Aging lasts 14 months in French (90%) and American (10%) oak barrels.

Taste

Elegant and velvety flavor. It has a superb balance, a strong structure and a long and tasty finish.
