Description
The wine L’Opéra des Vins Opéra Rouge is a red wine made from Cabernet Franc grapes, which have been processed following the philosophy of the winery of origin, where the application of techniques that promote the extraction and natural fermentation of the must prevails.
It is a wine defined as fruity and juicy, with a balanced minerality that also denotes the presence of faint tannins.
Winemaking
L’Opéra des Vins Opéra Rouge is a single varietal wine, made from Cabernet Franc grapes that have been treated using natural techniques and with the minimum chemical intervention of the fruit. In this way, from the harvest to the fermentation process, it is carried out following the philosophy of producing 100% handcrafted wines.
The fermentation process is carried out with indigenous yeasts, leaving the wine to macerate for 15 days. The ageing period is short and takes place in old oak barrels, which is a determining factor in the taste of the beverage.
Finally, it is bottled without filtering or adding sulphites for its preservation.
Taste
L’Opéra des Vins Opéra Rouge is a red wine that denotes the presence of black fruits with citrus tones in the aroma, with a taste between mineral and earthy that justifies the natural treatment of the fruit.
A wine with a spicy finish
The tasting of L’Opéra des Vins Opéra Rouge is an invitation to savour the elegance combined with a spicy touch that characterises this wine. It is a young red wine that, although it is made to be tasted immediately, with time it can lead you to experience very different extraordinary sensations. It is excellent for tasting with dishes that include white meats.
